Silicon Metal 441 (grade: Si441) is an ultra-high purity industrial silicon material with a silicon content of Greater than or equal to 99.0% and strictly controlled impurity content (iron Fe Less than or equal to 0.4%, aluminum Al Less than or equal to 0.4%, calcium Ca Less than or equal to 0.1%). It is designed for high-end industrial fields that are sensitive to purity and impurities. The sum of iron, aluminum and calcium impurities is Less than or equal to 0.9%, which significantly improves the performance consistency of the material in precision alloys, semiconductors and specialty chemicals.
